A tribunal was held in New Orleans about the genocidal destruction of the hurricane Katrina victims and the lack of response by the Bush Administration. Joan Gibbs was one of the prosecutors/organizer on the tribunal.

CLSJ formulated an educational forum about critical issues facing the Black and Latino community in New York City. Organizer: Lateefah Carter and other community organizations.
