Services
The Center serves the community through ongoing work in a diversity of areas. We have developed the experience needed to work with community based organizations, school districts, and private industry.  The Center for Law and Social Justice is noted for its special proficiency in:
- Education policy
- Race policy
- Foster care prevention
- Forum/conference planning and development
- Social impact of legislation and policies
- Parent advocacy and parent skills
The Center for Law and Social Justice is supported by other networks and resources
on the Medgar Evers College campus. Additional technical support
and training services are offered as well, such as:
- Mediation/Conflict resolution
- Police brutality and racial violence issues
- Sexual harassment
- Community economic development
- Internship (high school, college, and law students) education policy
CLSJ also provides free legal consultations to community residents. |
